Room rates are $189 per night plus taxes and fees for single or double occupancy, run of the house. The Hotel Occupancy Tax is 14%. All taxes, fees and service charges are current and subject to change.

Cut-Off Date
The block of rooms will be held up to, but no later than Friday, April 7, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. At that time, we will release any unused portion of the room block. We will, however, continue to accept reservations based on our room and rate availability.
Check-In/Checkout
The hotel check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Room assignments prior to that time are based on availability.
Guaranteed Reservation
The Richmond Marriott requires that a guarantee must be submitted at the time a reservation is made or a rooming list is submitted; please see Payment Policy section for further information. This may be provided by either a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax or a credit card. If the deposit or credit card is not submitted with the reservation, the hotel will not guarantee that the reservation will be held.
If an individual reservation is cancelled seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, the deposit is refundable. If an individual reservation is cancelled within seventy-one (71) hours of the arrival date or the guest fails to check in on the arrival date, the credit card will be charged for the first night’s room and tax, or the deposit will be forfeited.
Parking
Currently self-parking for registered guests is $24 per day and $38 for valet parking, plus 9.75% tax. Hourly rates apply to non-registered guests. These prices are current and are subject to change.
Smoking Policy
The Richmond Marriott is a smoke-free hotel. This includes all guest rooms and public spaces. There will be a $300 cleaning fee if smoking occurs in our guest rooms.
